We extend our sincere thanks to the fantastic community of participants, parents, teachers, accompanists, volunteers, venue staff, and adjudicators, among many others, for helping us complete all festival classes despite the countless disruptions experienced over the past two weeks. We are so proud to have been able to reach this point without cancelling a single festival class, and we could not have done so without the support of the amazing arts community here in St. John's.

Thank you for all that you have done to support the Kiwanis Music Festival of St. John's and give our participants a chance to perform!

 

Rose Bowl Competitions 

Vocal and Piano Concert Group participants recommended to compete for the Rose Bowl will receive an email notification by Sunday, March 1st at the latest. All recommendees will be asked to record video performances of all selections to be submitted for review by the virtual submission deadline of Monday, March 9th. Videos can be uploaded into the registration system following the virtual submission instructions available on our website. 

Woodwind, Brass, and String Participants recommended to the Rose Bowl will receive notice after the virtual submission deadline has passed, and their concert group submissions have been reviewed by adjudicators. 

Vocal Rose Bowl Performance: Monday, March 16th, 7:30 pm, St. James United Church

Instrumental Rose Bowl Performance: Wednesday, March 18th, 7:30 pm, St. David's Presbyterian Church

 

Musical Theatre Showcase, Highlights Concert, and Awards Ceremony

We now have new bookings in place for our post-festival events!

All participants invited to perform in an event will be notified via email between March 6th and March 13th.
