Is your registration missing?
If there appears to be a registration missing, or if a registration appears in this draft incorrectly (ex. misspelled performer name, incorrect repertoire listed, etc), please let us know as soon as possible by contacting kiwanismusicfestivalsj@gmail.ca.

Did we double-book you?
Unfortunately, mistakes like this can happen, especially if you are registered for more than two classes this season. If there appears to be a scheduling conflict error on our end (ex. you are booked for two classes simultaneously, or two classes less than an hour apart at different venues) please contact the festival office via email as soon as possible.

Do you have a personal conflict with your scheduled class time?
We do our best to accommodate scheduling conflicts when possible, but unfortunately, we cannot always accommodate personal requests. Feel free to send us an email, and we will let you know as soon as we can if an adjustment is possible for you.

Did you call the office and no one was there?
We regrettably do not have the staff capacity to be in our office every day of the week. The fastest way to get in touch is by emailing us at kiwanismusicfestivalsj@gmail.com. We will do our best to get back to you within 3 business days if you contact via email.
